These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through our website or over the phone you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Images & Description of Goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site and adverts are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All images are the property of Beautiful Charms and may not be used without permisson.
Competitor Prices
We will try our best to offer quality charms at the most competitive prices in the U.K, and our prices even beat some wholesalers but we do not not offer a guaranteed price match service.
Accuracy of Product Information
Some product specifications, images and other information published on our website has been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Beautiful Charms is that all information on the website and adverts should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Beautiful Charms cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the customer are the responsibility of the individual and Beautiful Charms accept no responsibility for these. Please note weights and sizes given on the website and sales documents are approxiate and may vary as castings will not be exactly the same everytime.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer. All prices on our website include VAT. A VAT receipt is available on request. Prices are unless stated exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro through thrid party payment gateway Paypal. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
If your transaction is declined because of an incorrect billing address / CCV / address verification error a shadow for the transaction ( pre-authorisation ) will appear on your account for each payment attempted. This may remain on your card for a number of days but the exact period depends on the issuing bank of the card. Some transactions will go through an further level of fraud prevention, Beautiful Charms may need to contact you on your given telephone number. If you give an incorrect number it may result in your transaction being cancelled.
Suitibility of Products for ChildrenOur product's are not suitable for young children. Please note all items of jewellery, charms and bracelets are not intended for wearing by children as small parts may represent a hazard. Children should always be supervised by an adult when with around any item of jewellery. The Swarovski crystal's and CZ used in some items do contain an amount of lead, as does most crystal and thus represent a hazard if swallowed.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. "In Stock" item indicates the item is available from the manufacturer and can be ordered on request.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses.
Northern Ireland(BT), Isle of Man(IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles(PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD , AB , IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles(HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will also depend on the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm (GMT) the same day. However dispatch may take up to 2 working days. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position immediately. If there is going to be a delay we will always offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.
Missing Orders
All customers will get an item dispatched email when their order is posted. This is the actual day of posting and this is only sent after an order is dispatched. If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time we will do our best to investigate the order. Items sent by Special Delivery can normally be replaced if they have not arrived withing 7 working days. As for all other methods of postage, we can not report them lost until 15 working days ( Royal Mails Official Policy ) have lapsed since the order was sent. Only after this period can we dispatch replacement items.
Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery. Any shortages within in the delivery will have to be reported with 7 days of delivery, in writing you may fax and post.
In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date. We will not accept liability if the item was sent by a non-insured method, it is at the customers discretion to choose an insured method of posting.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, we will issue a refund excluding the cost of postage. Custom crafted orders for example custom charm bracelets are subject to a £5 fee to cover the assembly/disassembly.
Cancellation of Orders
Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us (within 14 days from the date of delivery). If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
Other
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
